Society Las Olas

I have lived here for 3 years, I moved in when the building first opened and it is a lot different now than it used to be - but still great. This building is located in the middle of the Las Olas Riverwalk, which makes for excellent walks. They have monthly jazz events and open air markets that take place. You are also surrounded by clubs and restaurants, so it can get loud at night depending on which side of the building you’re staying on. There’s also trains that go by all day, which are very loud, but you get used to it. The amenities of the building include a beautiful pool that can get crazy sometimes, but you’re in South Florida. The clubs can also attract crime and danger but that can happen anywhere depending on location. The prices here are a little outrageous, which is one of my only big complaints, along with the building constantly switching management companies. But it’s a nice modern building, amazing views and an even better location. This place has its issues, just like every other apartment complex of its size. So you have to keep that into consideration when living here. This building also attracts a younger crowd, so there’s always partying and things going on, which can sometimes result in some craziness. Overall I loved my 3 years that I lived here. All of my experiences here, good and bad, all contributed to my rating. If I lived in the area again, I would highly consider Society again. Cheers.

I moved out 6 months ago and they are still trying to make me pay bills that i’ve already paid. They won’t answer their emails and calls either. The building is next to train tracks and it is so loud it will wake you up at night. Our washer machine flooded twice. They don’t get you a new one they “fix” it or get it from a different room. Dishwasher flooded once and same thing. People ride scooters in the hallways. Great view but not worth it

Moved in about a month ago and I couldn't be happier. From the central location, to amazing views. It's a different feel than anything I've been apart of before. The management people are fantastic, the concierge people are top notch. The gym, pool, restaurant are all top tier. All the employees of the community make you feel at home everyday. Security makes you feel safe. The residents are all awesome. I highly suggest Society Las Olas to anyone.

Do not move in here! They will sell you a perfect picture when you tour but won’t tell you that it’s a hotel or about all the other issues here. There’s always people here leaving trash, doing drugs, fighting the security, being excessively loud, peeing on the floors, stealing anything that’s not tied down, breaking into cars, keying cars, and plenty more. Management stops caring about you the moment you move in and make no effort to fix anything you complain about. They don’t even bother to respond to emails and in person and tell you they’ll have to send another email or get legal involved.

My transition moving to society Las Olas was an easy and amazing process. Besides the beautiful view and the architecture of the complex, my leasing agent Stephanie made it very welcoming. She was 100% transparent and even though when I experienced some issues with my move-in, Within the same day she found me a solution and move into a better unit. I could not have asked for a better experience than that! I truly recommend living here. It’s been two months and I still have not had any issues! Security is always duty and they are very nice, and I truly enjoy the fact that They have 24 hour front desk service which is a plus for picking up packages! Residing in Society for over two years has been an amazing experience. The modern architecture, stunning amenities, and welcoming community create an exceptional living environment. Our gym and pool stand out in the area, offering fantastic fitness and yoga classes. My apartment's layout suits me perfectly, boasting spacious closets, a lovely kitchen, and bathrooms. The highlight, undoubtedly, is the breathtaking sunset view from my balcony every afternoon. The atmosphere is youthful, yet diverse in age and culture. Friendly and respectful neighbors contribute to the positive ambiance. Daily walks by the river and Las Olas, along with proximity to amazing restaurants, enhance the overall experience. The management team has consistently been friendly and helpful. In every aspect, my time at Society has been nothing short of amazing. I cherish living here and wholeheartedly recommend it.
